Get Started with your new AwesomeCRM Platform

This onboarding process will help you get set up with your new CRM and learn how to use it. It is divided into two parts:


1. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your CRM.


2. Onboarding calls: There will be 2 calls. The first call will go through the technical set up of the CRM and the second training call will get you started with the most important features of your CRM. These calls will help you get set up with the CRM and learn how to use it on a day-to-day basis. Your second training call will be scheduled after you complete the first tech call.
